Brenda Elizabeth Richardson
Brenda Elizabeth Richardson was born on April 17,1946, in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. She was born to the late William Gardner and the late Eileen Jeanty. She transitioned peacefully into the presence of the Lord on May 19, 2021.
Brenda was united in marriage to Leroy Richardson in -1991in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.
Brenda received her primary and secondary education in the Philadelphia School System. graduating from high school with excellent clerical skills. After re-locating to New Jersey, Brenda decided to obtain a formal education in the study of God’s Word.
Her thirst for greater knowledge of the bible lead her to attend Word of Grace School of Theology in Lumberton, New Jersey. After four years of study, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Theological Studies. She later furthered her education for an additional two years, receiving her Master of Arts degree in theological studies, Burlington Campus.
Brenda was active in ministry at an early age as a member of Thankful Baptist Church of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She served as a member of the church choir. After relocating to New Jersey, Brenda joined Tabernacle Baptist church, Burlington New Jersey, under the leadership of R .W .Jones. She later transitioned to Christian Faith Assembly of Hainesport New Jersey, under the pastorate of Elder William Roane and later under the pastorate of the late Apostle Maurice Randolph Sr. Brenda remained active in ministry singing with the choir, and later answered her call to Ministry.In 2002 Brenda was ordained as an Evangelist. She was a member of Christian Faith Ass eroy, can only be admired. They were seldom separated and were intensely devoted to one another. Brenda was always advising brother Leroy of his health needs, and Leroy was continually caring for hers. They were love in action, and the personification of sincere devotion .and dedication embly for over 20 years. She later transferred her membership to Bethany Baptist church in Lindenwold, New Jersey under the pastorate of Bishop David Evans. Brenda also served as part of Bethany’s Ministerial Staff.
Brenda had a sincere and special love for her family. The love and bond between her and her husband L in marriage.
Brenda was Family oriented. She was so proud of her children, and every opportunity she had she would speak of them. She was overflowing with the love she had for her grandchildren and each one was special.
Brenda was a beautifu,l tall, stately, dignified. woman of God. She was a Woman of great faith power and prayer. She seized every opportunity to witness. She was bold direct and clear in her purpose to introduce someone to Jesus. She loved God and God’s people. Brenda was an avid reader and was in the process of publishing a powerful book of her life and the many challenges that she had overcame and endured.
She was preceded in death by one son, Frank Holden.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband Leroy Richardson; Children: Tara Harlan(Wendell); Daniel Holden(Mone) Pamela Holden ;Devin Richardson; Kelly Pichardson: One sister, Jacqueline Jeanty; sixteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousin, and a host of friends.
We will all miss this mighty woman of God!
