Christopher “Mickey” Michael Roberson Sr.

Christopher “Mickey” Michael Roberson Sr. was born November 14, 1974, to the late Ardell Currie and Diann Watson in Mt. Holly, New Jersey.

Mickey was educated in the Burlington County school system. He was employed by Richard Gober from 1999-2019. After years of skillfully learning the trade of contractor he decided to exhibit his talent for home remodeling and began working for Hassan Ceylan and Ercan Ceylan. During that time he also started a family business with his devoted partner, Rahneema, and their children and named it Just-Us Renovations.

Christopher, affectionately known as Mickey, was a quiet, laidback, hardworking, and devoted father and grandfather. Mickey had many talents and was a jack of all trades. He served as the ‘hood mechanic and the neighborhood barber for family and friends. He enjoyed traveling with his family, fishing, jet skiing, and taking long drives. He was a family man and whenever he had some down time he would relax by laying in the bed, watching tv with his grandson TJ tucked up under his arm. Everyone loved Mickey and his calming spirit. He was a great teacher who taught his sons everything he knew about renovating houses. He led by example when he taught his sons the importance of hard work. He loved his work and it showed in every aspect of his life. Even while on vacation, he would end up working because he would meet people and point out changes that could improve their home.

On July 14, 2021, God called Mickey home. Mickey is survived by his stepfather Jerry Watson Sr.; his putative wife of 25 years,  Rahneema McCloud; siblings: Hasoni Banks (Michael), Jerry Watson Jr. (Marcia), Tamika Sumner (Watson), Terrell Watson, and Romande Roberson (Marcus); sons: Rasheed McCloud, Christopher Roberson Jr. (Geyonna), Ryan McCloud Roberson; daughters: Shakea Outterbridge (Kyahere) and Rahneya Roberson (Trevon Sr.); grandchildren: Trevon Jr. (TJ), Christopher III, Carter, Cianna, Emory, Paris, Jada, Kaliya, Senai, and Alaya; a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
