"The life of the dead is placed in the memory of the living"

Kenneth Eugene Williams, Jr.

Kenneth Eugene Williams, Jr.

Kenneth Eugene Williams, Jr. was born on April 30, 1990 to Kenneth and Angela Williams.   He was their first born, and instant a bundle of joy.   Kenny was gifted with an infectious smile that lit up the room.

Kenny attended Corpus Christi Elementary School and went onto Holy Cross High School.  He was always interested in sports and excelled in AAU basketball and in high school became a premier football player.  Kenny continued his education at Wesley college.  This is where he met his lifetime mate, the love of his life, Morgan Hutton where from their long-time relationship produced three beautiful children, Kace, Kylah and most recently Kambrie.

To say that Kenny loved his family and all those around him would be an understatement.  He had a glowing personality that drew people into him, where you could not help but love and appreciate the man that he had developed into.  Kenny loved the fast and adventurous life to the fact that his brother Michael and friends enjoyed riding motorcycles.   Kenny became a truck driver for several companies traveling the entire east coast and venturing into the mid-west.   Despite the long hours on the road, he always communicated with his family and ensured he always made it back home to be with the family the Lord blessed him with.  He was a great father following the example set by his mentor, Leon Hammond his grandfather, who passed in 2013.

On September 23, 2021, Kenny passed from labor to reward after battling COVID for over a week. Kenny was a loyal, committed, and dedicated man to his family and host of friends.  Although our hearts are broken from his sudden departure from earth, we know that our God is intentional in all He does, and the Lord had need of Kenny and we will rest in the fact the He does all things will.

Kenny is survived by the love of his life, Morgan Hutton, their three children Kace, Kylah and Kambrie, his father and mother Ken and Angie Williams, his brother Michael and son Jeremiah, Mark and Arlene Hutton,  Grandmother Ruth Hammond, Uncle Ross, Aunt Tammi and daughter Haile Hammond , Uncle Leon and Kim Hammond, Grandmother Florence Williams, Uncle Stan and Aunt Cindy Williams, Aunt Pat and a host of extended family and friends that will eternally love and miss Kenny.
