On Thursday, April 1st 2021, Marlon Walter Kelsey Sr, loving husband father of three, passed away at age 55. Marlon was born on May 17th, 1965 to Walter Kelsey and Nannie Kelsey. He served in the United states Army for 13 years. He married Zelda Steward on December 20th, 1991. They raised two sons, Marius and Marlon Jr, and one daughter, Tyonna. He received multiple achievement medals for meritorious service. Marlon had a love for sports and for speaking his mind. He is most known for combining both as Head football coach for Pemberton’s Youth Football Organization. He won many championships and helped many children reach their full potential and move on to a range of Division 1 to 4 colleges and universities. He is survived by his wife Zelda, his three children Marius, Tyonna and Marlon Jr, his father, Walter, and his mother Nan, Brothers, Lorren and Troy as well as sister Deidre. His two grandchildren, Marius Jr and Anastasia with a host of nieces and nephews.


Marlon Walter Kelsey Sr, departed this life on Thursday, April 1, 2021. Celebration of Life will held Friday, April 16, 2021 10AM  at the TL Hutton Family & Friends Funeral Services, 869 Beverly Road, Burlington, NJ. Family and friends may view Thursday evening 6pm -8pm and Friday, 9am until time of service. Interment: BGWCD Veteran Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ.
